Vertice AI is the leading provider of member growth and marketing effectiveness solutions for credit unions. Our solutions, powered by AI and member data, are used by credit unions to provide actionable, member-focused recommendations. We strive to make advanced analytics easy and straightforward to use without restricting the value provided.

One team, peerless solutions driving outstanding outcomes.
Believe in People
We believe in our team members and our clients. If we are open, honest, and respectful with them, they will reciprocate. We work as a team to help our clients and each team member be the best version of themselves, professionally and personally.
Value Is Our Value
Our success is the result of delivering value to our clients. Every day, we are focused on adding value to our clients and our teams. Value is defined as adding worth or benefit. We want to add benefit and increase worth every day for our teams and with our solutions.
AI
For Good
We have AI in our name, but we know that AI is not the answer to anything alone. We are focused on using AI in an ethical way, as a piece of our platform to make our clients and their clients’ lives better.
Be Curious
We are relentless problem solvers who live to ask, “but why?” or “but how?” We strive to learn every day and believe that human curiosity has
a place in an AI-driven world.
Excellence Every Day
We hold ourselves to a high standard in our work and innovation. Exceeding expectations every day is the standard we work to; it is not the exception.
As credit unions, your number one goal is to serve your customers. We have the same goal as our customers. We look to serve you one step up the chain by providing information, insights, and recommendations to enable you to better serve your members where they are.
Advanced Analytics and AI can be daunting, especially when starting out, but they do not have to be. We strive to empower our customers with actionable—yet user-friendly—insights, while utilizing the latest analytic capabilities and technologies.
Rome was not built in a day. Building your analytic capabilities and expertise takes time, but a series of small steps means progress. We meet you where you are in your analytics journey and will provide value with your data, no matter how big or small.
